 Go to www.swghouston.com and complete the online entry form, and submit it as instructed. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents In Houston TX. and surrounding areas that are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, excluding employees of  Southwest Green Putting Green Technologies, and Southwest Green franchise operators and the immediate families of the foregoing employees. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsors' websites or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or otherwise in violation of these rules. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Sponsors further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, force majeure, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned and become the property of Sponsors upon receipt. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation (except where prohibited). Submission of entry constitutes permission for the Sponsors to use entrant's name, email address and other submitted information for purposes of marketing and promotion. However, if you do not want your email address used for future marketing purposes, please check the appropriate box on the online entry form. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. From all eligible entries received, Sponsors will randomly select (1) one potential grand prize winner on or about June 15th, 2006 . If the grand prize winner cannot be contacted or does not respond, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable within ten (10) days of attempted notification, an alternate winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all matters. Winners will be notified by mail and/or telephone.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 150-square foot custom designed by Southwest Greens golf green including, putting surface, fringe, cups and flags completely installed; on the winner’s property in the contiguous U.S.; approximate retail value for this green is $3,000.00. Actual value may vary depending on location of installation. In the event the designated area for installation has more than 6” of slope throughout the entire area the winner may incur additional costs if extensive grading, drainage systems, or removal of plant material is required. A site inspection by a Southwest Greens representative will determine condition of the area and if additional costs will be necessary. If the green cannot be installed on winner’s property without incurring additional costs and winner does not wish to incur such costs, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner will be responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals or permits for the installation. Maintenance of the green after installation is the responsibility of the winner. At winner’s expense, additional square footage is available for an additional $16.00 per square foot. The installation of the prize will take place within one year of it being awarded.

Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Sponsors are not responsible for errors in the administration of fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prize (or prize components) except that Sponsors may substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal value or greater value for any reason. Winner chosen in the sweepstakes may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including social security number) and a liability/publicity release, which must be returned within ten (10) days from notification, or another winner may be selected.
